The location and the amazing view!

The staff were friendly and the views from the room were nice. The room had the basics in terms of comfort i.e. large size and comfortable bed.

Incredible views from hotel rooms and restaurants. Very good service and excellent amenities. Be sure to reserve a room on the club level, with access to complimentary food and snacks and drinks in the club lounge, with the best views in all of California.

Very nice and clean hotel, feels luxurious and comfortable, beautiful view from the room and lobby, staff are extremely helpful and friendly, room service is excellent

The room and location in downtown LA was very convenient, locate near the Finance district, the area around is not a bad location considering it's LA. We also had a great view of downtown buildings from our high city view location room. The lobby bar was open until late night so we had cocktails ordered with a good view. The servers and the staff in the lobby bar were super friendly.
